Money on the gig
What a show paid now lives on the show, and the band pot keeps track of who is still holding cash.
- Log a gig's pay right on the show page — the amount, the note explaining how it was worked out, and whether the cash made it to the band pot or somebody still has it. It posts itself into Funds.
- Track merch money the same way: mark takings as still out, name who has them, and settle up from either the show or the ledger.
- Count merch stock at the table with minus and plus buttons instead of opening an edit form.
- Every player has a volume slider and a mute toggle now, and the level carries to the next take and your next visit.
- Upgrading part-way through a trial keeps the days you have left — Pro starts immediately and the first payment waits until the trial was always going to end.
- The availability calendar refreshes itself, so two people sorting out a date see the same thing without reloading.
Press kits
One private link to send a venue, promoter, or writer — built from what your band already keeps in RiffPile.
- Bands on Pro get a Press Kit page that pulls the name, logo, website, and lineup already on file, and adds a tagline, press bio, photos, featured tracks, and a booking contact.
- Press photos upload at full resolution so a listing or a review can actually print them.
- Kits stay private until you create a link. Switching a link off or replacing it takes effect immediately, so a link you already sent stops working.
- The band sidebar is grouped under Overview, Music, Schedule, and Business.
- Run out of storage and you get a real explanation — what you have stored, a reminder that everything still plays, and the choice between clearing space and upgrading.
Band chatter
Comments that reach the right person, and a dashboard that shows you what you missed.
- Type an @ to mention a bandmate and their name autocompletes. They get notified; bystanders don't.
- The newest comments across songs, recordings, and practices surface on the dashboard.
- Members can edit their own comments.
- The band hears about availability changes, with a monthly nudge to keep the calendar current.
- Put your own labels on songs instead of working around the built-in ones.

- Add merch sold at a show one item at a time, the way the setlist builder works, instead of scrolling the whole catalog.

Fixing a practice's worth of recordings at once
Dump the whole session in, then sort out what's what in one pass.
- Bulk-edit the song and date on every recording from a practice session at once.
- Recordings that aren't linked to a song get flagged so they don't get lost.
- Songs default to an alphabetical list with sortable columns.
